Welcome to the MTC!

Hi everyone!

Well I've made it a few days Haha. Things are going well here. We have classes all day long and it's pretty crazy but we are learning a lot.

Saturday is my Pday which is honestly the best.

My companion is Sister Jensen and she is really awesome I love her. Our district is really awesome too. We all get along really well. Our district is going to a lot of different places so it will be sad saying bye to everyone.

Four of us share a room which is nice because there's two extra beds so extra room. All four of us are going to Atlanta. We met some elders going there as well but they aren't in our district.

So many long days but we found out that we could take a nap today and I'm pumped about it.

When we got here we went straight to class and met our companions and district. And we had class all day. Also everyone says welcome to the MTC like 500000 times but it's okay. They're being supportive I think.

We have basically been thrown into the deep end here. We contacted yesterday and set up an appointment with someone and we are teaching her on Monday and we are teaching another girl on Tuesday. Pretty crazy.

The fourth was pretty fun! We stayed up pretty late and watched the stadium of fire fireworks which was really fun. We couldn't  hear Keith Urban singing though so that's a bummer.

We got to have exercise time yesterday and we played four square. I love four square. I made it to the king spot so I'm a big deal.

The food is pretty good. There's plenty that's for sure. I got Navajo tacos on the fourth though so it was basically like being home.

Also good news. They have Coke here. It's not caffeinated but coke is coke.

I see Sister Soderquist around all the time and I love it. So happy she is here as well. Love you Sister Soderquist

I don't really know what else to say except that we are busy and learning a lot.

This 4th of July we should always be grateful for the freedoms that we have and remember what a blessing it is that we have freedom of religion! How amazing they we can practice any religion or no religion. We should always defend others right to believe and show respect to everyone.

Love and miss you all
Sister Coleman
